How do I login to the Members Area?
ANSWER: Visit sleekandsassynutrition.com and click on either MEMBERS in the main menu  or LOGIN on the upper left of the page.

Enter your USERNAME (usually your member email address) and PASSWORD then click SASSY PROGRAMS, HERE I COME!

You'll find yourself on the PROGRAMS page.


 
Payment FAQs
How do I update my payment information?
ANSWER: Login to the membership site.

Go to CUSTOMER CENTER (link at the bottom of every program content page).

Click UPDATE PAYMENT INFORMATION. A window will pop up. 

In the payment update window, select ADD CREDIT CARD to add a whole new card or click on the EDIT button for your current card to update the Expiration Date.

PLEASE DELETE OLD CARDS. If you see several cards, so do we. Please remove any cards you prefer us not to use as well as expired cards.
Is my credit card information secure?
ANSWER: Yes! 
No one is able to see your credit card information in our system at any point. We can see the last four digits of a card number and expiry but once you enter a credit card into our system, even you cannot see that information again when logged in. 
How do I know if my payment declined? 
ANSWER: You can check your payment history in the CUSTOMER CENTER at any time.
Login to our membership site and navigate to the CUSTOMER CENTER (link at the bottom of every program content page). Then scroll down until you find your PAYMENT INFO section. You will see your UNPAID INVOICES, PAYMENT HISTORY, and SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENT PLANS in this section.
How do I know if my subscription has been cancelled?
ANSWER: You can check your active subscriptions in the CUSTOMER CENTER at any time.
Login to our membership site and navigate to the CUSTOMER CENTER (link at the bottom of every program content page). Then scroll down until you find your PAYMENT INFO section. You will see your UNPAID INVOICES, PAYMENT HISTORY, and SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENT PLANS in this section.
How do I cancel my subscription?
ANSWER: Visit THIS LINK and complete the Cancellation Form.
You must complete this form at least 72 hours before your next subscription payment is due in order for our system to have time to process your request. 
If you were a member before July 2017 and have NOT updated your subscription into our new system, we require 5 business days to process your request because it has to be done manually.
